2011 ALGONQUIN ARCHERS 3D LEAGUE   The official start of the first shooting week will be Wednesday, April 20th. Each shooting week starts on a Wednesday and ends on a Sunday. This leaves Monday and Tuesday open for the moving of stakes and course maintenance. The last week of the league will be Wednesday June 29th. The league will shutdown for the week starting on Wednesday June 8th to accommodate the Primitive Gathering Event, and the 3D shoot that weekend. Only eight of the ten weeks will count towards your score, this allows you to miss two weeks and still compete, or you can drop your two lowest scores if you shoot all ten weeks. PLEASE FILL IN YOUR SCORES ON THE SCOREBOARD ON THE DAY YOU SHOOT THE COURSE. LAST YEAR THERE WAS SOME COMPLAINTS ABOUT SHOOTERS FILLING IN EMPTY WEEKS AFTER THE FACT. ON MONDAYS, ANY EMPTY SCORE SLOTS FOR THE PAST WEEK WILL BE BLOCKED OFF AND BE CONSIDERED A MISSED WEEK FOR THAT SHOOTER.   The shooting fee for the Spring league will be $10/shooter for members, and $20/shooter for non members. Non Members shooting the league must be accompanied by a club member at all times while on club property. I know I’m late setting this up, please be paid up by the 3rd week of the league.   As of now, I have no plans for a league cookout, but it will be talked about. In previous years the turnout of the league cookout has been dismal and not worth the effort. I personally would love to see a gathering of all the league shooters. Contact me with your ideas. The course will consist of 15 3D targets and we will be counting X’s. The X will be scored as an 11.
